I just read this and was blown away with how good he explains the difference between static vm memory (RAM) size and dynamic memory (RAM) as allowed in Hyper-v 3.0. Nice explanation of how this can help you get even more VM's on a server and not be oversubscribing the servers total available RAM.
This is worth second read... it's that good.
